1. User agreement

Upon receipt of these terms and conditions we will assume that they are read and agreed to unless explicitly stated otherwise within the first 24 hours of enrolment. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact support@belabeautycollege.com.

All enrolments are done via phone communication or email communication. By providing the details needed for enrolment either via email or phone communication, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document unless other specified.

All products on this site are for professional use only and intended for the use by professional Beauty Therapists, Beauty specialists, medical staff, makeup artists & Hairdressers with sound knowledge of the service being provided. Products on this site are not for self-use unless otherwise specified. By purchasing from this site customers acknowledge they fit into the criteria stated above & agree to all terms stated on the Bela Beauty website. If you do not agree with any terms or conditions of Bela Beauty do not use this site.

2. Acknowledgement of risks

All information on the use of Bela Beauty products noted on this site and included with a product is provided for the safety of the beauty technician and client receiving the service. Product user instructions should be followed at all times. Bela Beauty does not accept any liability for any negative or unwanted results which occur from the use of a Bela Beauty product. The user is responsible for selecting the product and following the recommended method of use. All professionals using a Bela Beauty product or any other product from the Bela Beauty website during their services agree and recognize that there is not a100% guarantee of safety and that injury or irritation may occur. All safety precautions & safeguarding of client’s wellbeing is the responsibility/liability of the beauty service provider (you) and not the liability of Bela Beauty.

3. Cooling off period

You have a 3-day cooling off period meaning you have 3 days from the time of enrolment to assess if the course is suitable for yourself.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel within these 3 days, please notify us via email at support@belabeauycollege.com and you can withdraw, and you will receive a full refund of anything that has been paid.

Once your 3-day period is over, we are unable to withdraw you from the course.

You forgo your 3-day cooling off period if more than 50% of a single course has been viewed.

4. 100% Satisfaction guaranteed policy

We have total faith that when you purchase a product from us you will be very satisfied with what you receive. The quality of Bela Beauty goods is made to the best of our ability.

Therefore, we have no problem offering a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and your money back policy for the purchase price of your order if the product is faulty, damaged or with any minor or major problem. If you do find something wrong with the product and wish for a full refund of the purchase price the following conditions must apply:

Contact our office by email and let us know what has happened at support@belabeautycollege.com within 2 days (48 hours) of the goods being received.

All products returned for refund, credit or exchange must be received by our office within 10 days from the date of invoice.

Returned goods must be as new, unused, in original packaging.

A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned item(s) along with your full contact details.

It is at Bela Beauty’s discretion, depending on the level of the fault of the item(s) to offer to replace, store credit or refund the item.

If the items are not faulty, damaged or with any minor or major problem and you have simply changed your mind and no longer want the product, found an item cheaper somewhere else, ordered the wrong product, found a better product elsewhere, were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product, damaged the product by misusing it or used the product for a duration of time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear- then it is entirely at the discretion of Bela Beauty to refund, store credit or exchange the product.

It is also at Bela Beauty’s discretion to charge for postage on any and all returned items.

Please note failure to meet any of the above conditions can result in refund, credit or exchange being denied.

5. Payment

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and are GST exclusive. Acceptable terms of payment through our online store are via Paypal, Visa, or MasterCard. Call us to place your order or come in. Please see our address on Contact Us page. All orders must be paid in full before goods are shipped, unless by prior written agreement.

6. Repayments 

We reserve the right to suspend your course access if you are not meeting your payment obligations, until your payment plan account is up to date. 

We have the right to send your account to debt collection if you have not made payments and have not organised a way to meet the repayments. 

If you exhibit any antisocial behaviours towards staff or tutors, including defamation on any public platforms without first seeking assistance you will be cancelled out of your course without refund. If any false or invalid comments or complaints are posted in any public place or forum (eg. complaints about not being able to cancel outside of your cancellation period) this will not be tolerated, and you may be removed from the program without a refund or reduction in price from the overall cost of the course you have purchased. 

7. Kit

Your kit will be sent once your 3 days have passed, you can request it to be sent earlier, by doing this you are foregoing your 3 days and are accepting the terms of the course.

If cancelling and you have received your kit, you must send back your kit, in an unused, unopened condition at your own cost. If you are unable to do this, please call us and we will assist.

Kit is included in the total course cost, upfront fees may apply, subject to an individual’s eligibility for selected payment plans.

Bela Beauty College will not charge additional fees for inclusions advertised as ‘free’, any upfront fees applied, will be taken out of the overall quoted cost.

8. Prices and specials

All Item prices and special deals are subject to change without notice unless otherwise specified. Freight costs are subject to change without notice and will be listed accordingly for client information through checkout.

9. Delivery

When purchasing from our online store freight costs will automatically be added to your order respectfully. Calculated freight costs per order will show up for the buyers’ information through checkout. Goods are delivered by contract courier or parcel post, Allied Express & Australian Post. Tracking numbers are issued to all orders and available on the purchaser’s request. If it is more convenient to email or call through an order, please feel welcome.

Please allow approximately 3-4 business days for delivery. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order, we will notify you within 2 business days.

For international deliveries please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. There is a standard international postage fee (this may change for bulk buy). Buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes upon arrival into the destination country. If upon request for these payments you decide you do not want the delivery, you are responsible for shipping charges back to Australia and we can provide a refund of the items (minus shipping to and return shipping) or a store credit.

10. Incorrect or damaged goods

An incorrect supply of goods or goods damaged on delivery must be reported to our office within 2 days (48 hours) of being receive. Any disputes after this time may not be rectified by our office.

11. Delayed supply

If by chance we are unable to fill an order the item out of stock is usually marked as this on the website. Please contact us for an estimated time when an out-of-stock item will be available again. We are able to place you on our back order system and contact you once stock has been replenished. Once we know when new stock is due, we will usually note the approximate arrival date in a product’s detail page.

12. Security policy

When purchasing from Bela Beauty online your details are passed through our secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.

13. Customer privacy policy

All customer information input through the Bela Beauty website will not be shared with any third party.

14. Clerical errors

Bela Beauty reserves the right to correct any clerical errors.

15. Afterpay

Afterpay is subject to Afterpay’s terms and conditions. If you are using Afterpay in New Zealand to make a purchase on the Australian store, please note this message from Afterpay: The final amount charged may differ from the amount displayed. This is regarding the conversion from AUD to NZD.
