I cannot login to my student portal
My logins are not working/can’t remember my password
- You can reset your password from the login page. Your username will always be the email address you used to enrol into the course. If you are still having issues, fill out the form below and someone will be in touch shortly to assist.
My email address is incorrect
- If we have the incorrect or an old email address please fill out the form below and we will update your details in the system. You will then receive an email to reset your password. Please keep an eye on your emails including your junk/spam folder.

I can’t find my login details
Steps to finding your logins:
- Your login details have been emailed out to you via the email address you used to enrol into the course. If you are having trouble finding the email please be sure to check your junk/spam folder. Alternatively you can search your emails for ‘Bela Beauty College’
- This email will contain your login details and a link to take you to the login page of your student portal.
- Click on ‘login’
- Enter your login details from the email. You will need your username (this will always be the email address you used to sign up to the course) and your Password.
- Once you have successfully logged in the first time, if you ever forget or lose your password you can reset your password via the ‘forgot my password’ link on the login page.
