How do I cancel my payment plan?
- Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel your payment plan without putting in a course cancellation request. If you would like to pay out your payment plan in full to close the account you can do this by contacting your payment plan provider directly.
Finding your payment plan provider
- Please check your bank statement or email for your payment plan providers details.
- Once you have located their name you can search your email for their initial welcome email which would have your customer number, and their contact details. Please contact them directly to update your billing details and any other information.
- For privacy reasons, we do not have access to your financial information so if you have any questions about your account, please contact them so they can further assist.
